2. Clean the Bowl Port
We'll be starting at the top, and working our way down from there. Take the bowl port, run it under hot water, and give it a decent scrubbing with a sponge and dish soap
Once you've done that, take a stem brush, soak it, then add dish soap. Thoroughly scrub the inside of the bowl port.
Rinse, and wipe dry with a towel or rag of some kind.
3. Clean The Levels
Take the first level of the B2, and do the same thing you did with the bowl port. Hot water, dish soap, and scrub.
Then again, take the stem brush, get it wet, apply dish soap, and scrub the inside of the level.
Rinse with more hot water, then use a towel or rag to dry it. Rinse and repeat with the other level for the B2.
3. Clean the Heart of the Hookah
Take the heart of the B2, making sure that you've already disassembled the hose port and the purge. Rinse it with hot water, then scrub with dish soap.
Take the stem brush, apply dish soap, and scrub the inside of the heart.
Make sure that you scrub the insides of the ports as well, as this is often the most missed places when cleaning any hookah.
Rinse, and dry with a towel or rag.
4. Clean the Downstem
Same deal here - hot water, and scrub with dish soap.
Take the stem brush, soak, apply dish soap, and scrub the inside of the downstem. This is generally the dirtiest part, so it doesn't hurt to scrub the inside a few times.
Rinse, then dry with a towel or rag.
5. Clean the Tray
This one is pretty simple - just run hot water over the tray, give it a quick scrub, rinse, and dry.
Do this for both parts of the tray.
6. Clean the purge, hose port, and diffuser
Take the purge parts, the hose port, and the diffuser, and run hot water over and through them. Don't be afraid to run the stem brush through these as well.
7. Clean the Hose
The best way that I've found to clean the hose is to actually put the port of the hose into the stem of my sink, just like you'd put it into a stem. This doesn't work for all sinks, but it is absolutely the best thing that you can do.
Run hot water through the hose, then hang it up to dry.
8. Light the coals!
Now that your hookah is nice and clean, go ahead and throw your coals on the burner. Pack a bowl while you wait, and set the hookah back up. It's worth mentioning that you should clean your base as well, but since this is focused specifically on the B2, I didn't feel it necessary to mention how to do that.
Enjoy!
