- Custom Burl Wood and Resin: Each piece begins with a custom-molded combination of natural burl wood and vibrant resin, designed for a one-of-a-kind beauty you won't find anywhere else.
- Handcrafted Finishing: After a 3-day curing period, the piece undergoes extensive lathe work to achieve the signature B2 design.
- Meticulous Polishing: Each piece requires 45 minutes to over an hour of dedicated hand-sanding (using six different grits) and multiple rounds of polishing, finished with two to three coats of polyurethane for a protective, glossy finish.

All items in the Precious Cut Collection™ are individually hand-crafted, making each one unique. Expect natural variations in wood grain, resin color, and small imperfections. These characteristics are part of the handmade charm and uniqueness of each piece.
As with all wood products, it is essential to care for your Precious Cut hookah. We recommend keeping your hookah indoors or in a controlled environment and avoiding extended exposure to the sun, which can cause fading or cracking. Light cleaning and quick drying are advised, as wood does not respond well to moisture (see FAQ for more details).
Please note that minor chips, smudges, or imperfections in the polyurethane or polishing compound are common in handmade items. If you prefer a more polished and perfect finish, we suggest considering our aluminum or stainless steel B2® stems.
Upon receiving your Precious Cut piece, you may notice polishing compounds on the surface. These compounds should rub off over time, and we do not recommend scraping them off.
