The B2 Hookah® V5 Precious Cut Collection showcases the artistry of craftsmanship, designed using high-grade 6061 Aluminum, precision-engineered in the USA by aerospace-certified CNC machinists. Our production adheres to ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards, ensuring exceptional quality and durability.

Crafting the Precious Cut Collection:

1. Custom Burl Wood and Resin Mold: Each Precious Cut B2 begins with a custom-molded combination of burl wood and resin, designed for one-of-a-kind beauty.

2. Wood & Resin Pouring: We carefully glue the woods to the mold and pour the selected resin colors, creating stunning and unique patterns.

3. Curing & Molding: After 3-day curing period, the molds are shaved of excess material ensuring they are straight, with smooth sides.

4. Lathe Work: The pieces are sent to the lathe to shape the surface into the signature B2 design, giving it form and precision.

5. Sanding & Polishing: Each piece undergoes meticulous hand-sanding with six different grits of sandpaper, followed by multiple rounds of polishing. Two to three coats of polyurethane are applied for a glossy, protective finish. This process can take 45 minutes to over an hour per piece, ensuring a flawless result.

Handmade Disclaimer:

All items in the Precious Cut Collection™ are individually hand-crafted, making each one unique. Expect natural variations in wood grain, resin color, and small imperfections. These characteristics are part of the handmade charm and uniqueness of each piece.

As with all wood products, it is essential to care for your Precious Cut hookah. We recommend keeping your hookah indoors or in a controlled environment and avoiding extended exposure to the sun, which can cause fading or cracking. Light cleaning and quick drying are advised, as wood does not respond well to moisture (see FAQ for more details).

Please note that minor chips, smudges, or imperfections in the polyurethane or polishing compound are common in handmade items. If you prefer a more polished and perfect finish, we suggest considering our aluminum or stainless steel B2® stems.

Upon receiving your Precious Cut piece, you may notice polishing compounds on the surface. These compounds should rub off over time, and we do not recommend scraping them off.

The B2 Hookah is constantly evolving with each batch, incorporating improvements based on feedback and our quality control processes. Here are the key updates from V4 to V5:

1. Two-Part Top Piece: The bowl port can now be unscrewed from the fins, making it more modular.
2. Redesigned Purge: The purge valve has been improved for smoother operation and a more fluid fit with the heart.
3. Chamfered Edges: All edges and corners are now chamfered, ensuring perfect sharpness and improved anodizing quality.
4. Polishing Prior to Anodizing: Each pipe is polished before anodizing, improving the coating’s durability and enhancing the finish.
5. Improved Hose Ports: Hose ports have been redesigned for a tighter, more secure fit.
6. Finer Machining Finish: The machining process has been refined, giving the pipe a sleek, polished appearance.
